Service Description

Clients of our company are offered several modes of delivery abroad. Depending on their tasks and requirements they can use Extra urgent, Urgent and Econom delivery in the "Export" mode and Urgent in the "Import" mode.

Extra urgent is the most operative one: it is performed on the next business day from Moscow to the capitals of 37 European countries, and also by specific time. The documents weighing less than 5 kg are accepted for delivery.

Urgent represents an optimum price-speed ratio. Delivery of parcels is possible in 228 countries. If documents are sent, their weight should not exceed 5 kg *; the maximum weight of one collum for other kinds of enclosures - 30 kg. Dimensions of each collum should not exceed 120*50*50cm. Cost of parcels should not exceed 200 Euro in the ruble equivalent. Parcels whose cost is more than 200 Euro are accepted for delivery but the delivery period may be extended. In this case customs registration services shall be paid in addition. Large-sized parcels are also accepted for export and import after coordination of payment.

Econom means reliable delivery of documents and freight to the near and far abroad countries. Parcels whose cost is more than 200 Euro are accepted for delivery but the delivery period may be extended. In this case customs registration services shall be paid in addition.

Express delivery to Russia (Import)

Courier Service Express delivers parcels from abroad. Delivery is performed in the "Urgent" mode and has a number of advantages:

• optimum short time period
• wide geographical coverage
• option to pay in the territory of the Russian Federation.
