Change of the international delivery terms

Dear clients and partners!

Longer terms of delivery of international parcels are possible due to closed borders between the states.

It concerns delivery of all types of parcels - documents, freight, parcels, etc.

Also, deliveries to the following countries are suspended: Australia, American Samoa, Burundi, Butane, Vanuatu, East Timor, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Iran, Cabo Verde, Kazakhstan (it is only possible under the Econom tariff), Kiribati, Congo, Laos, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanma, Nepal, New Zealand, Norfolk island, Ruanda, Samoa, the Seychelles, Syria, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan, Tonga, Tuvalu, Turkmenia, Uganda, Fiji, Philippines, French Polynesia, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea.

The service is limited in some countries (delivery is possible but not to all addresses): Italy, Portugal, Turkey.

Our foreign partners have reconsidered the process of reception and delivery of parcels.

At the moment, (depending on the country and the gravity of the situation) couriers may not get a signature and a proof of delivery (POD).

The above mentioned temporary changes will be active till further notifications.

Safety and well-being of our clients is a priority for us.

Courier Service Express apologises for possible inconveniences.

On our behalf, we do make all efforts to solve the matters of freight communication with other countries.
